The luxury villa Seggra is situated in one of the best areas of Estepona in Seghers in Andalusia in the province Malaga at the Costa del Sol . As the villa is built at the hillside of Estepona it has beautiful views to the sea, the port, the city, the mountains, Gibraltar and Africa.
The old town of Estepona, the yachting port and the beach can be reached in a few walking minutes, by car or bus. In the closed harbor which is nearby the villa Seggra you will find shopping facilities and as well bars, discotheques and restaurants. Marbella 's Jet Set with its well known yachting port Puerto Banus is only a few kilometers away from the villa Seggra in Estepona.
In its spacious and very well maintained garden with lots of mediterrane flowers and fruit trees the holiday let has its private pool with sun beds and barbeque. The villa is individually furnished of a high standard and equipped for up to 6 persons. The villa is equipped with e.g. Satellite TV (‘40), open fireplace and Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully furnished on a high standard and in each of the three bedrooms are large double beds. There are sunny terraces but as well places with shade around the holiday house which invites to relax. The villa will be cleaned once a week and as well towels and bedlinen are provided and will be changed.
